Washington Real Estate Fundamentals
Before you can take the real estate license exam in Washington, you must complete a 60 hour training course known as Washington Real Estate Fundamentals. We have partnered with Rockwell Institute to provide an online version of the Fundamentals course that allows you to set your own pace for training and study from any location you choose.
Our online version of Fundamentals is a challenging course. It teaches students all of the fundamental concepts of real estate using animation, talking characters, photographs and proven online learning methods.
